The surrounding area is popular with both tourists and locals for its many miles of country and river walks.
The village of Sedbury is only three quarters of a mile away and is less than a ten minute walk or a short bus journey. Sedbury is ideal for all your day to day needs with a post office, butchers, doctors, convenience store and public house.
The historic town Chepstow with its castle, museum, extensive shopping and fine restaurants is only 2 miles away. Chepstow has a railway station and bus terminal with regular trips into Wales via Newport and Cardiff or into Bristol or Gloucester.

Leave Chepstow on the A48 towards Gloucester. Pass the Tesco supermarket on the right, cross the river bridge and then go under the arch bridge. Turn right 300 meters after the bridge signposted Sedbury and Beachley. *After 300 metres turn left at the mini roundabout and drive through the local shopping area at Sedbury. Take a sharp right bend and travel a further 1000 metres where the entrance to the park will be found on the right.
Take the A48 towards Chepstow. After 5 miles you will pass through the village of Stroat. After a further 3 miles turn left signposted Sedbury and Beachley and follow directions above from *.
