Small Acre Park is an exclusive development for just 8 homes situated on Herefordshire’s famous black and white trail.
Developed in 2001, each plot has private gardens, fencing, extensive patio and paved areas and private two-vehicle block paved parking. Small Acre Park is very much a countryside park, with a local shop, pub and restaurant and is just two miles from the village of Kingsland where doctors, vets and a convenience store can be found.
A bus stop is located only 400 metres from the park entrance giving direct public transport links to the historic towns of Leominster and Hereford. The bustling market town of Leominster with its amenities including supermarkets, doctors, dentists, vets, shops and leisure centre is 6 miles away. From Leominster there are good transport links to Hereford, Bromyard, Worcester and further afield.
All the homes on the park were sold within the first three months of completion, but occasionally pre owned homes become available.
